Your dashboard lives at rsvp.digitalweddinginvite.com. It’s created the moment you order a design, so there’s nothing to sign up for.
Sign in with an email link
This is the usual way in, and you don’t need a password.
- Go to the sign-in page. The Email link tab opens first.
- Type the email address you paid with and tap Email me a sign-in link.
- Open the email and tap the link, then tap Continue to my dashboard.
Each link works once and expires after 1 hour. If it has expired or already been used, the page offers to email you a new one.
No email after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, and make sure you typed the same address you used at checkout.
Sign in with a password
If we set up your dashboard for you by hand, you have a username and password instead. Choose the Password tab, enter both, and tap Sign in.
Your welcome email
When your invitation is ready, we email you a link that opens your website editor directly. That link works once, within 7 days. After that, sign in from the sign-in page as above.
How long you stay signed in
You stay signed in for 120 days from your last visit, so if you open your dashboard at least every few months you won’t be asked again. To sign out, use Log out in the top bar. It always asks first.
