We want buying a Digital Wedding Invite to feel clear and low-risk. This Refund Policy explains our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, how to request a refund and how statutory consumer rights continue to apply. It applies to purchases from ՕՍՄԱՆԵԱՆ ՊԵՏՐՈՍ - SP, a sole proprietor registered in the Republic of Armenia and trading as Digital Wedding Invite.
1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund of the price paid for your Digital Wedding Invite within 30 calendar days of the transaction date. You do not need to give a reason.
This guarantee applies to the standard one-time purchase shown on our website. It covers the original purchase price, including any tax that Paddle determines must be refunded. It does not reimburse unrelated costs you may have incurred with another provider.
2. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund by either:
- emailing hello@digitalweddinginvite.com; or
- using the help or transaction-management link in your Paddle receipt, or contacting Paddle through paddle.net.
Please include enough information to identify the transaction, such as the purchaser’s name, the email address used at checkout, the transaction or receipt number and the design purchased. Do not send payment-card details.
We will not require an explanation under the 30-day guarantee, although you may share feedback if you wish.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Paddle acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for purchases made through Paddle Checkout. Paddle receives the payment, issues the receipt and processes approved refunds.
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method and currency, subject to Paddle’s processes, your payment provider and applicable law. Bank or card-processing times can vary after Paddle approves a refund. Paddle’s current buyer terms and Refund Policy also apply to the payment transaction.
If the original payment method cannot accept the refund, Paddle may ask you for information needed to use an available alternative. We cannot issue cash refunds or send a refund to an unrelated payment method.
4. Dashboard Access and Setup Support
Your purchase covers a hosted digital invitation based on your selected design, dashboard access, guest and RSVP tools, and personal setup support. Accessing your dashboard, adding wedding details, uploading photos, requesting a final review or receiving the finished invitation does not remove our voluntary 30-day guarantee.
If you ask to cancel within 30 days of the transaction date, you may request a refund under Section 1. If you cancel after that period, contact hello@digitalweddinginvite.com. We will consider the circumstances and any rights or remedies required by law, but a voluntary refund is not guaranteed.
The purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. There is no recurring plan to cancel.
5. Technical Problems or Non-Delivery
If the invitation has a technical defect, materially differs from the product described at the time of purchase or is not delivered, contact hello@digitalweddinginvite.com promptly. We will investigate and, where appropriate, correct the problem, restore or redeliver the invitation or arrange a refund or other remedy.
This section applies in addition to the 30-day guarantee and any mandatory rights you have under consumer law.
6. Effect of a Refund
Once a full refund is issued, we may end setup support, withdraw access to your dashboard and invitation, and remove invitation content from active systems, subject to legal retention requirements and our Privacy Policy.
Before requesting a refund, save any customer-provided content or RSVP information you need. A refund does not transfer ownership of our invitation design, code, layouts or other intellectual property.
7. Statutory Consumer Rights
Our 30-day guarantee is offered in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory remedy for a faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital invitation.
Consumers in some countries, including parts of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days. The rules that apply to digital content and digital services can differ by country and by how the product is supplied. Any consent or acknowledgment required by law will be requested separately; this policy does not assume that you have waived a statutory right. Our voluntary 30-day guarantee still applies.
Paddle may also provide a refund or other remedy under its Buyer Terms, its policies or applicable law.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact hello@digitalweddinginvite.com or Paddle first if you do not recognize a charge or believe there is a problem. This gives us an opportunity to identify the transaction and resolve the issue promptly.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a right to dispute a transaction through your payment provider or from using a statutory complaint process.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy for future purchases to reflect changes in the service, Paddle’s processes or applicable law. The current version and “Last updated” date will remain available on this page. A change will not reduce a refund right that already applied when you completed your purchase.
