Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to digitalweddinginvite.com and your purchase and use of the Digital Wedding Invite service. They form an agreement between you and ՕՍՄԱՆԵԱՆ ՊԵՏՐՈՍ - SP, a sole proprietor registered in the Republic of Armenia, trading as Digital Wedding Invite (“Digital Wedding Invite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order or use the service.

1. Business Information

  • Legal name: ՕՍՄԱՆԵԱՆ ՊԵՏՐՈՍ - SP
  • Business form: Sole Proprietor (SP)
  • Trading name: Digital Wedding Invite
  • Registered address: ԳՈԳՈԼԻ Փ., 119/1, ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 0069, ԵՐԵՎԱՆ
  • Country of registration: Republic of Armenia
  • Registration number: 286.1608224
  • Customer support: hello@digitalweddinginvite.com

2. Your Digital Invitation

Digital Wedding Invite offers hosted digital wedding invitation products based on our professionally designed templates, with a private dashboard and personal setup support included. You choose and purchase an existing design. After payment, your invitation and dashboard are created automatically and you receive a dashboard access link. You can add wedding details, upload photos and manage guests and RSVPs in the dashboard. When you have added your content, you can request a final review. Setup support includes selecting and placing photos and checking the invitation within your chosen design. Your finished invitation is available in the dashboard and sent to you on WhatsApp. The purchase is for the digital invitation and its included functionality, rather than a commission for a new design from scratch. References to the “service” in these Terms include hosting, dashboard access and support associated with your invitation.

Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, the purchase includes the features described on the website at the time of your order, including personalized invitations, a private dashboard, RSVP tracking, unlimited guests, an optional second invitation language, personal setup support, unlimited revisions within your chosen design before launch and an invitation that remains live for one year after your wedding.

The website’s product description, current price and included deliverables form part of these Terms. If a specific written proposal differs from the website, the proposal controls only for the items it expressly changes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you order for another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

4. Orders and Information You Provide

An order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and we or Paddle send confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the product cannot lawfully or reasonably be provided. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded through Paddle.

You agree to provide complete and accurate information in your dashboard and to respond reasonably promptly when we need clarification or approval. Final setup depends on receiving your wedding details, photos and final-review request. Delays in providing content or feedback may affect when the finished invitation is ready.

You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, locations, links, translations and other details in the preview before approval. We will correct errors that you identify during the revision process, but we are not responsible for errors in information you approved or supplied incorrectly.

5. Price, Payment and Paddle

The current standard price is displayed on the website and at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, your digital invitation is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and there are no recurring charges, per-guest fees or required add-ons from Digital Wedding Invite.

Paddle acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for purchases made through Paddle Checkout. This means Paddle is the seller for the payment transaction, collects payment, calculates and handles applicable transaction taxes, issues the receipt and provides payment-related support. Your payment may also be governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and policies shown at checkout.

We do not receive or store your full card number. Paddle may provide us with order information such as the transaction identifier, product, payment status, amount, currency and limited customer details needed to deliver and support the service.

Prices and availability may change for future orders. A price change will not alter an order already completed, except where a correction is required by law or agreed with you.

6. Dashboard Access, Final Setup and Revisions

Dashboard access and final setup are separate stages. Your starting preview shows your chosen design. Uploaded photos do not appear in the invitation until we complete the final setup. When you have added your wedding details and photos, select Request final review in your dashboard. Our setup support includes selecting and placing photos and checking the invitation within the selected design. We will communicate expected completion timing and any material delays. You can view the finished invitation in your dashboard, and we will send its link on WhatsApp. Contact us if you need an alternative way to receive the link.

Unlimited reasonable revisions before launch are included with setup support. Revisions cover personalization and configuration within your selected design, such as your wording, photos and wedding details. A separate invitation or functionality outside the purchased design is not part of these included revisions. We will explain any request that falls outside the purchase before proceeding; no additional charge will be made without your agreement.

The invitation will not be shared with guests by us. You decide when it is ready and are responsible for distributing its link.

7. Customer Content and Guest Information

You retain ownership of the names, photographs, text, translations, schedules, guest names and other materials you provide (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, adapt, format and display Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to create, operate, support and maintain your invitation and comply with law.

You confirm that:

  • you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide and use the Customer Content;
  • the content does not unlawfully infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other rights;
  • you have a lawful basis to provide guest names and use them for the invitation and RSVP process; and
  • you will give guests any notice or information required by applicable privacy law.

Guest information is intentionally limited. We do not ask guests for an email address or phone number. We process guest names supplied by you and, when a guest responds through the invitation, the RSVP response needed to record attendance. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Our Intellectual Property

The website, design system, invitation designs, layouts, software, branding, graphics and original content supplied by us are owned by or licensed to Digital Wedding Invite and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

After full payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your invitation and dashboard for your personal wedding-related purposes during the period the invitation remains live. You may share the invitation link with your guests. You may not resell, sublicense, copy for another event, extract, reproduce or commercially exploit the underlying design, code or service.

No ownership of our designs, code or brand assets transfers to you.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use the website or service to:

  • break any law or violate another person’s rights;
  • upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
  • send spam, deceptive messages or harmful content;
  • publish unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative or infringing material;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the service; or
  • copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

10. Invitation Availability and Third-Party Services

Your invitation is intended to remain live for one year after the wedding date you provide. We may contact you before removal where practical. You are responsible for saving any information you want to keep before the invitation expires.

The service relies on third parties including Vercel for hosting and deployment, Cloudflare for domain-network, content-delivery and security services, Supabase for database and related storage services, and Paddle for payment processing. We choose providers with care, but third-party services may occasionally be interrupted or changed. Links to maps, registries, social networks or other external sites are controlled by their respective operators and subject to their terms.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, refund-request process and the effect of a refund are described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer right. Paddle may also issue refunds or provide remedies in accordance with its buyer terms, refund policy and applicable law.

12. Service Changes, Suspension and Termination

We may make reasonable changes needed to maintain, secure or improve the service, provided they do not materially remove a paid deliverable without an appropriate remedy.

We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, use the service unlawfully, create a security risk, fail to pay, misuse a refunded service or where continued provision would violate law or a third-party requirement. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.

You may stop using the service at any time. Ending use does not automatically create a refund right beyond the Refund Policy or applicable law.

13. Disclaimers

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Except for express promises in these Terms and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted internet availability, that every third-party link will remain active or that the invitation will be compatible with every obsolete device or browser.

Wedding details, translations and legal or cultural wording are supplied or approved by you. We do not provide legal, translation, wedding-planning or professional advice.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct or any mandatory consumer protection.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss caused by inaccurate Customer Content, or loss caused by an external service outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. This limit does not apply where applicable law requires a different remedy or higher liability.

15. Responsibility for Claims About Customer Content

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims arising from Customer Content you provided without the rights, permissions or lawful basis required by Section 7. This does not require you to compensate us for losses caused by our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, providers or law. The current version and “Last updated” date will remain available on this page. Changes will apply prospectively. If a change materially affects an existing paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

17. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, you and we agree to try to resolve a dispute by contacting the other party. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the courts of Yerevan, Armenia will have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to contact a consumer-protection body or use another dispute-resolution process available where you live.
