Guests & RSVPs

Track and manage your RSVPs

See who's coming at a glance, filter and search replies, fix a response, add one by hand and export your list to a spreadsheet.

Open Responses

Open RSVP Responses. The Responses tab lists every guest and their reply.

The numbers at the top

  • Invited: everyone who can come, counting plus-ones and headcount invitations.
  • Accepted: guests who said yes.
  • Declined: guests who said no.
  • Awaiting: guests who haven’t replied yet (shown when you use personal links).

They update as soon as you make a change here. Reload the page to see new replies from guests.

Find someone

Use Search by name…, Search by invitation… (if you use personal links), the All guests of dropdown, and the All Responses / Yes / No / Pending filter. If nothing matches, tap Clear filters to see everyone again.

Answers to your questions

If your RSVP form asks guests extra questions, tap a guest who said yes to see their answers.

If your invitation has two languages, the language button (it shows a globe and a language code, like EN) shows those questions and answers in either language.

Change a reply

Tap the pencil next to a guest’s response, choose Pending, Yes or No, and tap Save. Useful when someone replies to you by message instead.

Add a reply by hand

Someone told you in person they’re coming? Tap Add Response, choose Guest of, add their names and Yes or No, and tap Add Response. Add people from the same family together. It makes planning easier later.

Remove a reply

Tap the bin icon and confirm. The guest is removed from the list and the export, and a guest with a personal invitation is taken off that invitation too. To reset someone’s reply instead, use the pencil and choose Pending.

Export to a spreadsheet

Tap Export to download a CSV file of the guests currently shown, including their answers. It opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Set your filters first (e.g. only Yes) to export just that group.
